Job Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Architect
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid Role)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Architect with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design robust technology solutions. This role involves close collaboration with client teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementation and support for modules including Cloud General Ledger, Cloud Accounts Payable, Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cloud Cash Management, Cloud Fixed Assets, and Project Portfolio Management Cloud.
- Analyze, design, and configure best-practice business solutions using technology.
- Interact with client teams to understand their requirements and design robust solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of a client’s current state processes and provide future state technical recommendations.
- Execute day-to-day activities including process design, leading key configuration workshops, identifying Gaps, defining RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows, Forms), and supporting testing phases.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, analyze business requirements, and align them with best practices to implement functional solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of internal processes and intellectual property.
- Define new and refine existing business processes to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in project planning, provide subject matter expertise, and estimate work efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with state/local government accounting, financial, budget, and grant training is a plus.
- Broad business background with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS.
- Minimum of 2+ full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience.
- Proven experience in full life-cycle project development, including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Roll-out.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Structures and module-specific configurations.
- Ability to perform requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents for the specified modules.
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design functional concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in multiple business processes and the ability to architect and design technology solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, projects, and vendor management.
- Ability to lead and design Oracle Cloud ERP project solutions, manage all aspects of Oracle Fusion and financial applications, support, and operations, including planning, designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and maintaining various functions.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
