Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Tester with experience in AI Agent and Agent Force platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Selenium testing, API testing, and automation, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. This role involves collaborating with offshore teams and requires experience with Test Management tools like JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Scrum testing with a focus on AI Agent and Agent Force experience.
  • Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Test APIs and data integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Validate and test AI Topic and action accuracy, refining based on results.
  • Ensure test data accurately represents realistic user interactions.
  • Generate prompts and leverage Test Center for prompt execution.
  • Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of AI testing.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
  • Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
  • Adhere to Agile principles and work effectively in a Safe Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience in software testing.
  • Very strong experience in Selenium Testing.
  • 3+ years of experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests.
  • Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
  • Experience in Test Automation and execution.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience in a Safe Agile environment.
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
  • Experience with Test Management tools like Rational Tool suite and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems.
  • Health Care experience is a plus.

Employment Details:

  • Location: Hartford, CT – Hybrid (3 Days a week onsite)
  • Contract Type: C2C
  • Rate: $55/hr

Special Requirements

Hybrid – 3 Days a week onsite. Health Care experience preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $114,400 – $114,400 per year
