Job Title: SAP PLM Techno-Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our client’s team. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP PLM modules and their integration with various business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Product Data & Structure Management, Engineering Change Management, and Document Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional expertise in SAP PLM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP PLM modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement and support Product Data & Structure Management functionalities.
- Manage Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes.
- Oversee Document Management (DMS) processes.
- Configure and integrate CAD / PDM / CAx systems with SAP PLM.
- Implement Product Classification & Variant Configuration.
- Manage Quality & Compliance Management within SAP PLM.
- Facilitate Manufacturing Integration (PLM to Production).
- Implement Collaboration & Workflow Management solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PLM.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven SAP PLM Functional experience.
- Expertise in Product Data & Structure Management.
- Strong experience with Engineering Change Management (ECM).
- Proficiency in Document Management (DMS).
- Experience with CAD / PDM / CAx Integration.
- Knowledge of Product Classification & Variant Configuration.
- Experience in Quality & Compliance Management.
- Understanding of Manufacturing Integration (PLM to Production).
- Experience with Collaboration & Workflow Management.
- Cross-functional SAP experience, particularly with MTI and Material BOMs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Domain (Industry):
- Consumer, Retail, Life Sciences (CRL)
Additional Information:
- This is a contract position.
- The role is onsite in Recine, WI.
- Our company is an empaneled (Prime) vendor with Infosys.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
