About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager/Engagement Manager to lead and manage multiple data programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. This role is critical for defining program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics, while coordinating cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Business stakeholders. You will drive the execution of data initiatives such as data platform development, data migration, governance, and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple data programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive execution of data initiatives such as data platform development, data migration, governance, and analytics solutions.
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance standards are integrated into all initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships where applicable.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure transparency through regular updates and reporting.
- Promote best practices in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 10-20 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data or technology domains.
- Proven experience managing large-scale data projects (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, BI platforms, ETL pipelines).
- Experience in Databricks projects.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and data governance concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
