Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI / LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GenAI, NLP, Machine Learning, and LLM engineering, along with hands-on experience in building scalable production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Generative AI models for text, code, and multimodal applications.
  • Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, and Llama.
  • Build and maintain training pipelines for custom and foundation models.
  • Develop Python-based ML applications, APIs, and microservices.
  • Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases.
  • Implement model evaluation frameworks to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Deploy and monitor models in production environments with scalability and performance tuning.
  • Build data pipelines including preprocessing and feature engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science).
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI research.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM engineering and model fine-tuning.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure, OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with databases: SQL Server, Snowflake, SingleStore.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
