Job Title: SAP HR ABAP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors integration. This is a remote, long-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize SAP HR ABAP programs.
  • Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ABAP issues related to HR processes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements.
  • Perform unit testing and support integration testing.
  • Create technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP HR ABAP developer.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR modules.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong communication skills.
