Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and QA engineers through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of scalable Data Fabric solutions by identifying technical bottlenecks, mitigating post-deployment risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and QA engineers through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements.
  • Highly adept at identifying technical bottlenecks, mitigating post-deployment risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the seamless delivery of scalable Data Fabric solutions.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review, and retrospectives for a multi-tenant Data Platform, ensuring 100% alignment with organizational roadmaps.
  • Partner with architects and developers to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, reducing post-deployment incidents.
  • Manage complex dependencies across diverse segment teams to align tool development with scalable modernization objectives.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, managing complex dependencies across cross-functional teams to align tool development with broader Data Fabric modernization objectives and organizational timelines.
  • Serve as the lead representative at Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions, utilizing automated Cucumber/Power BI validation logs to provide data-backed risk assessments, ensuring 100% success rates for large-scale Release Train deployments.
  • Define and enforce a rigorous Definition of Done that integrates automated regression testing as a mandatory gate.

Experience Required:

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Must have strong SCRUM MASTER EXP.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
