Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO BW5 BW6 Architect to provide technical leadership for projects of varying sizes and complexities. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in TIBCO technologies, applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products, and frameworks. This role involves defining and documenting architecture, capturing non-functional requirements, preparing estimates, and developing technical solutions for Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to project teams throughout the design, development, and deployment phases.
- Guide and review the work of the development team, preventing and resolving technical issues.
- Analyze business requirements in collaboration with Program teams.
- Create demands, user stories, and design documents.
- Provide high-level estimations for TIBCO development work.
- Define solutions for implementing user stories.
- Conduct requirements walk-throughs with developers.
- Perform code reviews for work completed by developers.
- Provide support during testing phases.
- Follow up on approvals for production movement.
- Provide support for production deployment and smoke testing.
Required Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in TIBCO BW5 and BW6.
- Proven experience in providing technical leadership on projects.
- In-depth knowledge of TIBCO technologies, processes, methodologies, standards, products, and frameworks.
- Experience in architectural design, documentation, and capturing non-functional requirements.
- Experience in preparing estimates and defining technical solutions for RFPs.
Additional Information:
This is an onsite contract position located in Mettawa, IL 60045. The role requires a strong understanding of TIBCO BW5 and BW6, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions.
