Job Title: US IT Recruiter
ITech Us is actively looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. If you have strong experience in technical recruitment, C2C hiring, and W2/TAC recruitment, this is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic recruitment team.

Experience Required
3 – 7 Years in US IT Recruitment (Candidates with higher experience will not be considered for this role)
Salary
6 – 7 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
- Source and screen candidates for technical positions
- Work extensively on C2C, W2, and TAC hiring
- Maintain strong relationships with bench sales consultants
- Verify candidate documents and ensure compliance before submission
- Coordinate with candidates and vendors during the hiring process
- Understand technical requirements and match suitable candidates efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT Technical Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with C2C, W2, and TAC hiring
- Experience working with bench sales consultants
- Good understanding of candidate document verification
- Excellent communication and sourcing skills
Nice to Have
- Implementation experience is a strong advantage.
