Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled NCino Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce and a strong background in lending platforms. This is a long-term, fully remote position requiring a self-starter with expertise in architecture and design. The role involves developing and maintaining nCino functionality, integrating with Salesforce, and utilizing DevOps processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize nCino functionalities including UI, Product Hierarchy, Collateral, Credit UW, Docman, SmartChecklist, and Customer Portal.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce components such as Flows, Apex, triggers, Approval Processes, and batch processing.
  • Ensure seamless integrations using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and Platform Events.
  • Utilize AutoRabit for metadata and RBC deployment through pipelines.
  • Adhere to DevOps processes, including Git, commits, merges, and deployments.
  • Design and implement solutions with a focus on architecture and scalability within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to nCino and Salesforce configurations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay current with nCino and Salesforce best practices and new features.

Required Qualifications

  • Certifications: nCino 201 certified and Salesforce PD1 certified (minimum).
  • Experience: Hands-on work experience with nCino functionality.
  • Salesforce Skills: Proficiency in Flows, Apex, triggers, Approval processes, batch processing, SOQL, SOSL, Integrations with Named Creds, Connected Apps, Platform Events.
  • DevOps: Experience with AutoRabit, Git, and general DevOps processes (Commits, Merges, deployments, pulls).
  • Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Commercial or Private lending is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Self-learner with expertise in architecture and design in Salesforce.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
