About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Software Development to join our team. This role is crucial for developing a new customer portal that will replace some functionalities of a legacy system. You will be instrumental in gathering requirements, defining user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Outstanding verbal communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with the client.
- Work with DXD (and possibly architects, devs, and broader team) to define the overall structure, design, and requirements of a new portal for some of the client’s customers, which will replace some of the functionality of one of their legacy systems.
- Update a preliminary backlog that was drafted during a 2-week discovery phase.
- Define requirements to support the user stories identified (e.g., business rules, system logic, any UI behavior to support DXD materials, acceptance criteria, etc.).
- Update or create any process diagrams (BPMN 2.0), state diagrams, etc., as needed to capture requirements.
- Possibly work with the dev team to clarify or further refine requirements during development.
- Possibly perform QA on developed user stories, or support a separate QA team.
- Possibly run sprint demos for the client to collect feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Sr. BA with Software Development Experience (A must).
- Outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the Pharmacy domain.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 and state diagrams.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint cycles.

Interview Mode: MS Teams Video Call, Approximate Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
