Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for IVR and voice automation systems.
  • Perform QA automation testing using tools such as Cyara, Hammer On Demand, and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Test multi-channel conversational platforms including voice-based and chat-based virtual assistants.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across applications.
  • Automate backend API testing (REST/SOAP) and perform database validation.
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and defect triage activities.
  • Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
  • Implement BDD/TDD methodologies using tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
  • Analyze system requirements and design scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
  • Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure testing processes align with SDLC standards and QA best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in testing processes.
  • Support testing of AI-driven automation tools and GenAI-based testing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in QA automation.
  • Strong programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python, including OOP concepts and data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with Hammer On Demand, Cyara, and Selenium automation frameworks.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and QA principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based version control systems.
  • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Proficiency in API automation testing and database validation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience testing conversational AI systems, chatbots, and voice-based virtual assistants.
  • Understanding of AI model evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, or similar Agentic IDEs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or IBM Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare domain processes and HIPAA compliance.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 per year
