Job Opportunity: Cyber Security Lead Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Cyber Security Lead Architect with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Ping Identity solutions. This is a remote position offering a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-level security solutions focusing on IAM, CIAM, and SSO.
  • Architect and deploy solutions using Ping Identity and other relevant security platforms.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on cybersecurity best practices and emerging threats.
  • Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and risk management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and mentor junior security team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 17+ years of experience in Cyber Security, with a strong focus on IAM, CIAM, and SSO.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing solutions with Ping Identity.
  • Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with cloud security principles and best practices (GCP, Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with DevOps and SRE principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various programming languages and technologies like Java, JavaScript, .Net, Azure, Kubernetes is beneficial.
