Job Title: NICE InContact / LiveVox Developer

We are looking for an experienced NICE InContact / LiveVox Developer with a strong background in call center platform development and scripting. This role requires hands-on experience with NICE InContact Studio, LiveVox Dialer, and related contact center technologies. The position is a contract role with a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Develop and script using NICE InContact Studio (Omnichannel scripting).
  • Implement and manage LiveVox Dialer Smart Reach scripting.
  • Utilize NICE Personal Contact Dialer, NICE IEX, and NICE Quality Management.
  • Work within Call Center / Contact Center environments.
  • Integrate with Kafka, AWS (EKS, EC2, Lambda), API Gateway, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Snowflake.
  • Configure Salesforce Call Center components, including SSO, SailPoint profiling, omnichannel setup, managed packages, and softphone integration with NICE/LiveVox switches.
  • Understand and apply CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines.

Pre-Screening Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with NICE Quality Management.
  • Hands-on experience with LiveVox Dialer Smart Reach scripting.
  • Ability to work 3 days onsite per week.
  • Ability to attend client interviews in person.
