Job Title: Contact Center Engineer (NICE & LiveVox)

This role requires a skilled Contact Center Engineer with extensive experience in NICE and LiveVox technologies. The position is based in Plano, TX, with a hybrid work model requiring 3-4 days in the office per week, including for client interviews. The initial duration is 6 months.

Role Description and Responsibilities:

  • 10 years of experience in LiveVox/NICE In Contact development.
  • Proven Call Center experience in NICE InContact with hands-on expertise in Studio Scripting (Omni channel scripting).
  • Strong knowledge of Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
  • Strong knowledge of NICE IEX.
  • Strong knowledge of Nice Quality Management.
  • LiveVox dialer Smart Reach hands-on with scripting.
  • Good knowledge of API GW, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Snowflake integration.
  • Good knowledge of AWS Kafka and hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, Lambda.
  • Kafka configuration knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce call center components (SSO configuration, SailPoint profiling, Omnichannel call center setup, SF managed packages, Softphone integration with NICE LiveVox switches).
  • Understanding of Studio Scripting.
  • Experience working with Kafka.
  • Experience with Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
  • Experience in NICE IEX.
  • Knowledge in CI/CD Tools and DevOps pipeline.
  • Must be able to come to the office 3-4 days a week.
  • Hands-on experience working with Nice Quality Management.
  • Ability to come to the office 3-4 days a week.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
