Job Title: Contact Center Engineer (NICE & LiveVox)
This role requires a skilled Contact Center Engineer with extensive experience in NICE and LiveVox technologies. The position is based in Plano, TX, with a hybrid work model requiring 3-4 days in the office per week, including for client interviews. The initial duration is 6 months.
Role Description and Responsibilities:
- 10 years of experience in LiveVox/NICE In Contact development.
- Proven Call Center experience in NICE InContact with hands-on expertise in Studio Scripting (Omni channel scripting).
- Strong knowledge of Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
- Strong knowledge of NICE IEX.
- Strong knowledge of Nice Quality Management.
- LiveVox dialer Smart Reach hands-on with scripting.
- Good knowledge of API GW, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Snowflake integration.
- Good knowledge of AWS Kafka and hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, Lambda.
- Kafka configuration knowledge.
- Knowledge of Salesforce call center components (SSO configuration, SailPoint profiling, Omnichannel call center setup, SF managed packages, Softphone integration with NICE LiveVox switches).
- Understanding of Studio Scripting.
- Experience working with Kafka.
- Experience with Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
- Experience in NICE IEX.
- Knowledge in CI/CD Tools and DevOps pipeline.
- Must be able to come to the office 3-4 days a week.
- Hands-on experience working with Nice Quality Management.
- Ability to come to the office 3-4 days a week.
