Job Description: Product Owner (Wealth Management Domain Mandatory)
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires a strong background in Wealth Management and Capital Markets, along with a development or business analysis foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
- Facilitate product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Ensure the product meets market needs and customer expectations.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner.
- Mandatory experience in the Wealth Management and Capital Markets domain.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst is highly desirable.
- A development background in Java or .NET is a plus.
- Strong Finance Background/Understanding is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and thrive in dynamic work environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
