About the Role:
We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide first-line and advanced technical support for cloud-hosted applications in a Life Sciences environment. The role focuses on incident resolution, system stability, and continuous improvement within an AWS-based ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues in ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and document incidents, problems, and changes
- Support AWS-based application hosting, deployments, and upgrades
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system stability
- Monitor application performance, health, and logs using cloud tools
- Apply ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles for deployment and enhancements
- Maintain knowledge base documentation for recurring issues and solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience with Angular 10 and .NET Core Web API development
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL, and RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and operations
- Expertise in monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, and web technologies
- Understanding of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Python and AI concepts for automation
- Experience with PL/SQL and database management
- Exposure to React or advanced frontend frameworks
- Background in Life Sciences or regulated environments

Salary: $60 – $62 per year
