Job Description: D365 Finance Consultant
We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Consultant to join our client’s team for an onsite contract role in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in D365 Finance modules and a proven track record of successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering business requirements from clients and performing functional analysis.
- Preparing Business Process documents and managing customer requirements/change requests.
- Configuring processes and coordinating with the implementation team.
- Conducting Gap Fit analysis based on client requirements.
- Working knowledge of LCS and ISV.
- Delivering end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
- Collaborating with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
- Ensuring quality project delivery and demonstrating experience in system and functional testing.
- Showcasing expertise in one or more of the following D365FO functional areas: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in D365 Finance modules.
- At least 5 successful implementations.
- Educated to at least a degree level.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications are preferred.
- Between 6 to 10 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services or consulting firm.
- Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and strong project management and delivery skills.
- Ability to perform under minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Strong people management skills and experience in managing a team.
- Strong time management skills, including flexibility to work with shifting priorities and client needs.
- Value-add if Microsoft certifications in Supply Chain, Production, etc. are held.
Additional Information:
- This is an onsite contract position in Minneapolis, MN.
- The role requires strong foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written & verbal communication, and team participation.

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
