About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced EDI Expert with 10+ years of experience to modernize a live healthcare claims system (ACAPS). This is a high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end EDI lifecycle and act as a subject matter expert in a .NET rewrite. You will be responsible for handling trading partners, providers, and clearinghouses, and solving complex data integration issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end EDI lifecycle.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a .NET rewrite project.
- Manage relationships with trading partners, providers, and clearinghouses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement EDI solutions.
- Analyze and map data for various EDI transactions.
- Utilize IBM WebSphere for integration solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Strong understanding of X12 standards (835/837/210).
- Proficiency in HIPAA regulations related to healthcare claims processing.
- Expertise in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere.
- Knowledge of SFTP/HTTPS protocols for secure data transfer.
- Experience with .NET rewrite projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with ACAPS (Automated Claims Administration Processing System) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Location and Employment Details:

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
