Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC (Order to Cash) consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP OTC processes that meet business needs from order creation to final payment. This role requires analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and translating them into functional and technical solutions within SAP.
Responsibilities include developing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms. You will need a strong ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions, ensuring SAP solutions align with overarching business goals. Creating test scenarios, supporting various testing phases (unit, integration, user acceptance testing), and ensuring successful go-live are critical. You will also troubleshoot critical production issues and defects within the SAP OTC module, and provide user training, ongoing support, and guidance to business users on SAP functionality and best practices.
Competencies
- 10+ years of experience required.
- Digital: SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI), Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, Order to Cash (O2C) Process.
