Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our company’s documentation within a regulated industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of document management principles and experience working in a quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Document Control Manager in managing the Document Control system to support various departments, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain the continuity of digital files by ensuring correct naming standards, appropriate file locations, and format standardization.
- Manage and maintain all company documentation as required.
- Generate internal reports for various company system metrics.
- Issue controlled notebooks to cross-functional departments.
- Maintain all Quality Records from inception to archival, managing both hard files and electronic files.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all company documents.
- Facilitate easy and efficient retrieval of documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in updating device regulatory labels using specialized label software.
- Support training initiatives by maintaining training records within the company system and hard files.
- Assist with Quality Audits, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready.
- Update and maintain the Standards Database.
- Perform scanning of Quality Documentation.
- Uphold ethics and compliance commitments at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive documentation.
- Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control, with the primary goal of being audit-ready.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a regulated industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Documentation Management Databases is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional proofreading and quality control skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the company.
- Familiarity with a Quality Management System (QMS) or other regulated environments, and the ability to adhere to all processes and procedures.
Additional Information:
- This is an onsite position located in Andover, MA.
- Candidates must be local to the Andover area.
- The contract duration is expected to be 12+ months.

Must be local to Andover, MA. USC and GC only.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (Estimated)
