Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Analyst – Finance to drive complex technology initiatives and support business transformation. The role involves working closely with Finance & IT teams to deliver innovative solutions, optimize systems, and manage the full application lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering & translate business needs into system solutions
- Develop user stories, use cases & functional specifications
- Act as a bridge between business & IT teams
- Create & execute functional and regression test plans
- Coordinate testing phases: UAT, integration, performance & security
- Manage application lifecycle & roadmap planning
- Identify innovation opportunities & process improvements
- Maintain strong stakeholder & vendor relationships
- Monitor service levels (SLA) & vendor performance
- Participate in Agile processes (Scrum Master role when needed)
Required Skills & Experience
- System Analysis / Business Analysis
- Strong experience in:
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Functional & regression testing
- Application lifecycle management
- Experience working with Finance systems
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects & tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Finance or related field
- Masters degree (preferred)
- Certifications like: CBAP, CSQA, CSQE
- Experience with Oracle Financials (Highly Preferred)
- Vendor management experience
- Exposure to system architecture & data architecture

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year
