Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in Wealth Management domain (products, platforms, regulatory landscape).
Data Management
- Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, including:
- Data mapping & lineage
- Data quality & governance
- KPI data modeling & aggregation layers
- Systems of Record (SORs) and Authorized Redistributors (ARs)
Business Analysis Skills
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Expertise in writing:
- User stories
- Functional specifications
- Business requirement documents
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Technical Skills
- Mandatory prior experience as a Software Developer with hands-on coding.
- Ability to actively contribute to development tasks when needed.
- Strong understanding of:
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- SDLC processes
- Data-driven application development

Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
