Role Overview:

Own end-to-end technical delivery of the Disputes Assist Agentic solution, translating business intent into architecture, engineering epics, and production-ready releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across engineering squads (data, backend, frontend, MLOps/LLMOps, security, integration) to sequence workflows, unblock dependencies, and ensure quality gates through to go-live.
  • Lead gap analysis & solution governance: identify capability gaps (data, tooling, model behavior, controls), define remediation plans, and drive decisions on build vs. buy and integration patterns.
  • Establish delivery operating rhythm (Strategic PMO): roadmaps, RAID logs, milestones, release plans, and KPI/OKR tracking; ensure compliance, risk controls, and audit readiness for regulated workflows.
  • Executive-ready communication & stakeholder management: set expectations, craft narratives, run demos, and deliver clear status/risks/asks to product owners, operations, and senior leadership.
