Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced D365 Finance Consultant to join our team. This role involves gathering business requirements, performing functional analysis, and configuring the D365 Finance modules to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from clients and perform functional analysis.
• Prepare Business Process documents and configure D365 Finance processes.
• Coordinate with the team to manage customer requirements/CRs and ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct Gap Fit analysis based on client requirements.
• Utilize working knowledge of LCS and ISV.
• Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
• Work with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
• Ensure quality project delivery and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing.
• Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written & verbal communication, and team participation.
• Manage professional and personal development of junior colleagues.
• Manage time effectively, including flexibility to work with shifting priorities and client needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in D365 Finance modules.
• At least 5 successful implementations are required.
• Educated to at least a Degree level.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications are preferred.
• Between 6 to 10 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services/consulting firm.
• Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies.
• Strong project management and delivery skills.
• Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Strong people management skills.
• Value-add to have Microsoft certifications in Supply Chain, Production, etc.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
