Job Title: Salesforce Tester with Agent force

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with specific experience in Agent force to join our client’s team. This is a hybrid role located in Hartford, CT, and is open to local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Scrum testing with a focus on AI Agent experience.
  • Mandatory Agent force experience is required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Very strong experience in Selenium Testing.
  • 3+ years of experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
  • Proficiency in Test Automation and execution.
  • Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing.
  • Validate and test Topic and action accuracy, refine and iterate based on results.
  • Ensure test data represents realistic user interactions.
  • Develop prompt generation and leverage Test Center to execute those prompts.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, with experience working in a Safe Agile environment.
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams.
  • Experience with Test Management tools such as Rational Tool suite and JIRA.
  • Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI concepts and testing.
  • Agile/Safe Agile experience.
