Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of our ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. This strategic role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, driving automation, and enhancing visibility across our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the design of scalable and robust ITOM solutions, encompassing Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG).
- CMDB Governance: Define, implement, and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to establish the CMDB as the definitive
