Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the utility industry, specifically in metering, meter operations, billing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise-level programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement robust governance, risk, and dependency management strategies for multi-year programs.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across various levels of the organization.
  • Effectively manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize Agile and Hybrid delivery models to optimize project execution and adaptability.
  • Ensure deep understanding and application of Smart Metering systems and components throughout project lifecycles.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • PMP certification is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Utility Industry, including Metering, Meter Operations, Billing, and Customer Service.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Proven ability in Governance, Risk & Dependency Management for complex, multi-year programs.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong experience in Executive stakeholder and vendor management.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Smart Metering systems and components.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)

Location: Rosemead, CA
