Role Description:
The SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI) Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP OTC processes to meet business needs from order creation to final payment. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and translating them into functional and technical solutions. The consultant will develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms within SAP, and create detailed functional specifications and project documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and recommending effective solutions.
- Understanding and aligning SAP solutions with overarching business goals and strategies.
- Creating test scenarios and supporting various testing phases (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) to ensure successful go-live.
- Troubleshooting critical production issues and defects within the SAP OTC module.
- Providing user training, ongoing support, and guidance to business users on SAP functionality and best practices.
Experience and Competencies:
- 10+ years of experience required.
- Proficiency in SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI).
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Order to Cash (O2C) Process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
