Job Description: D365 Finance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in D365 Finance modules and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering business requirements from clients.
  • Performing functional analysis and preparing business process documents.
  • Managing customer requirements/change requests, configuring processes, and coordinating with the team.
  • Conducting at least 5 successful implementations.
  • Performing Gap Fit analysis based on client requirements.
  • Working knowledge of LCS and ISV.
  • Delivering end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
  • Ensuring quality project delivery and demonstrating experience in system and functional testing.
  • Showcasing excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation.
  • Demonstrating expertise in one or more of the following D365FO functional areas: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory.

Requirements:

  • Degree level education.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications.
  • 6 to 10 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services/consulting firm.
  • Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and strong project management and delivery skills.
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Strong people management skills and experience in managing a team, including professional and personal development of junior colleagues.
  • Strong time management skills, including flexibility to work with shifting priorities and client needs.
  • Value-add from having Microsoft certifications in Supply Chain, Production, etc.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $60 per year

Location: Minneapolis, MN
