Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and experience with Workday integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining .NET-based web applications and building and supporting Workday integration and API-based solutions.

Required Skills (Must Have):

  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET
  • Strong experience with C#
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or Web API development
  • Strong experience with RESTful API development and integrations
  • Experience with Workday integrations (APIs, web services, or data integration)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular and/or React.js
  • Experience with ADO.NET / Entity Framework
  • Experience with SQL / relational databases
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools)
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Strong understanding of full-stack development (front-end, middle-tier, back-end)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with financial or accounting systems
  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Experience with Telerik UI components
  • Experience with SSRS reporting
  • Experience designing and building secure ASP.NET applications
  • Experience with enterprise system integrations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based web applications
  • Build and support Workday integrations and API-based solutions
  • Develop and consume REST APIs and web services
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Translate requirements into technical designs and solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews)
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications
  • Support deployment and ongoing system maintenance

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and 7+ years of relevant experience

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
