Job Description: D365 Finance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Consultant to join our team for an onsite role in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with D365 Finance modules and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering business requirements from clients and performing functional analysis.
  • Preparing comprehensive Business Process documents.
  • Managing customer requirements/change requests (CRs), configuring processes, and coordinating with the implementation team.
  • Ensuring at least 5 successful D365 implementations.
  • Conducting Gap Fit analysis based on client requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV).
  • Delivering end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and finalize deliverables.
  • Ensuring the quality of project deliverables and demonstrating expertise in system and functional testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in D365 Finance modules.
  • Expertise in one or several of the following D365FO functional areas: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and performing functional analysis.
  • Proficiency in preparing Business Process documents.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer requirements and CRs.
  • Proven ability to configure D365 processes and coordinate with teams.
  • Successful completion of at least 5 D365 implementations.
  • Experience with Gap Fit analysis.
  • Working knowledge of LCS and ISV.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end D365 F&O implementation lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
