About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled C# Developer with strong experience in .NET, Angular, and SQL Server to join a dynamic team supporting large-scale business applications. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance C#/.NET applications.
  • Build and manage in-house systems (no APIs involved).
  • Participate in design, development, and planning sessions.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Work on large, menu-driven enterprise systems (claims, payroll, insurance, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of C# development experience.
  • .NET 3.1 or higher.
  • Angular (2+ years).
  • SQL Server & T-SQL.
  • Visual Studio / VS Code.
  • Experience with large enterprise business systems.
  • gRPC (at least 1 year).

Nice to Have:

  • ColdFusion.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages.

Important Notes:

  • This is NOT a fully remote role; must work onsite in Richmond, VA for the first month, then hybrid with limited remote flexibility.
  • Only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders eligible.
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity.
  • No API-based development environment.

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year (Estimated)
