Job Title: Salesforce QA

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA professional to join our team for an exciting opportunity with one of our top-tier clients. This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while ensuring high-quality testing and validation of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead test planning, strategy, and execution for Salesforce initiatives, including core CRM objects and workflows, customizations (Apex, Flows, LWC components), and integrations and API-based functionality.
  • Test end-to-end healthcare use cases, including patient, provider, member, or clinical workflows, depending on the domain area.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios covering functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
  • Perform validation of activities (Tasks, Events), email and calendar workflows, and record associations and sync behavior.
  • Validate Salesforce permissions, profiles, role hierarchies, and security model.
  • Execute test cycles in Agile sprints; manage story testing, acceptance criteria validation, and defect triage.
  • Coordinate closely with Business Analysts, developers, and product owners for requirement clarification and coverage alignment.
  • Prepare test artifacts such as test cases, regression suites, and daily/weekly status reports.
  • Provide QA insights during design discussions and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain (payer, provider, clinical, pharma, or medical device workflows).
  • Strong expertise in writing test cases, test scripts, and regression cycles for Salesforce features.
  • Experience working with standard Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and custom CRM workflows.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, and Postman or SOAP UI (API testing).
  • Solid understanding of healthcare data flows, workflows, SLAs, and compliance-sensitive operations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Certification:

  • Salesforce certifications – Admin (Must have)

This role requires a dedicated QA professional with a strong background in Salesforce and the healthcare industry. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting is essential.


Special Requirements

No GC and NO H1b please because rate is low. Remote.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $50 per year

Location: Plymouth, MN
