Job Title: React Native Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic React Native Lead to join our team in Nashville. This is an onsite position requiring a strong background in mobile app development and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of mobile developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality React Native applications.
  • Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to release.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into functional code.
  • Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side logic.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in software development, with a significant focus on mobile app development.
  • Proven experience as a Lead developer, with a track record of successfully delivering mobile projects.
  • Strong proficiency in React Native and extensive experience in mobile app development.
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and a deep understanding of React concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications.
  • Basic to good understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or similar is required.
  • Proficiency with version control tools, particularly Git.
  • Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience working in an onsite, collaborative team environment.
