Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MS CRM Dynamic Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, building, and evolving CRM capabilities that power client and crew experiences. You will work in a product-aligned, Agile environment, partnering closely with Product Owners, architects, and peer engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions across our CRM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain integrations between CRM and other business systems.
- Develop custom components, workflows, and plugins to extend CRM functionality.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of CRM solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a MS CRM Dynamic Developer or similar role.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, architecture, and best practices.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Location:
This is a hybrid onsite role with potential interview locations in Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA. Locals are preferred as interviews will be in-person.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
