Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end automation architecture using Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows, Business Process flows).
  • Design enterprise integration patterns using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault), Dataverse, SQL, SAP, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs and connectors.
  • Establish governance, ALM, and DLP strategies.
  • Define naming conventions, environments, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines.
  • Evaluate and select premium connectors, RPA approaches, and licensing models.
  • Ensure security, compliance, audit, and performance standards.
  • Guide migration from legacy workflows (SharePoint Designer, Nintex, custom scripts).
  • Act as technical escalation points for complex automation issues.
  • Mentor Leads and Developers, and review architecture and designs.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of RPA (attended/unattended), AI Builder, approvals.
  • Experience with Dataverse, Azure Integration Services.
  • Knowledge of DLP policies, Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
  • Experience designing large-scale, secure automation landscapes.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

This role requires a seasoned Microsoft Power Automate Architect with over 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years specifically in Power Automate/Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the end-to-end automation architecture, designing complex integration patterns, and establishing robust governance, ALM, and DLP strategies. You will play a key role in evaluating and selecting appropriate connectors and RPA approaches, ensuring the security, compliance, and performance of automation solutions. This position also involves guiding the migration of legacy workflows and acting as a technical escalation point for challenging automation issues. Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Enterprise Architects, Security, and Infrastructure are also critical aspects of this role. The candidate must possess deep expertise in Power Automate, a strong understanding of RPA and AI Builder, and experience with Dataverse and Azure Integration Services. Familiarity with DLP policies and the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit is essential. Proven experience in designing large-scale, secure automation landscapes and excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills are required.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)

Location: Dallas, TX
