Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for collaborating with business stakeholders to design and develop actionable insights from complex data sets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare domain, with specific expertise in Payment Integrity and Claims Processing. This is a Contract-to-Hire position, initially for 6 months, with the potential for conversion to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct interactive and iterative user design sessions and develop rapid prototypes.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to design and deliver actionable insights.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on development best practices.
- Design and architect high-performance data visualization solutions for large-scale projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions to ensure optimal solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Represent the Visualization Team in cross-functional initiatives to ensure project success.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce data visualization governance and standards.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare experience.
- Strong experience in Payment Integrity.
- Solid understanding of Claims Processing.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelors degree required, OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $75 per year (Estimated)
