About the Role:
We don’t just find bugs; we drive reliability. As a QA Engineer, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure our software is robust, reliable, and production-ready. This hands-on role requires 35 years of QA experience, where you’ll go beyond executing test cases and actively contribute to improving our product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full manual testing lifecycle: planning, execution, and reporting.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Identify, log, and track defects through their lifecycle.
- Analyze requirements to ensure testability and prevent logic errors.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to advocate for quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Test Planning & Documentation Mastery: Ability to create clear, comprehensive plans and cases.
- Manual & Exploratory Testing: Execute thorough testing while identifying edge cases.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Track, report, and verify bug fixes effectively.
- Requirements Analysis: Ensure specifications are clear, testable, and complete.
Technical Knowledge:
- High-level understanding of: Bamboo, Octopus, Xray Test Management, Java/Springboot.
- Hands-on experience with: Selenium Automation, Postman, Cucumber, Apache JMeter, Git/Bitbucket, SQL.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of professional QA experience in software testing.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused mindset.
