Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP ME/MII Support Lead to manage application support, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP ME/MII, integration with ERP systems, and hands-on experience in support and incident management.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP ME / SAP MII
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, UI5, Kepware, and SAP PCo
- Expertise in integration of SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP modules such as: PP (Production Planning), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), PCo (Plant Connectivity)
- Experience with custom application integrations
- Strong understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for SAP ME/MII applications ensuring high availability
- Manage incident resolution within SLA timelines
- Coordinate with global teams across locations such as Wilton & San Diego
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Collaborate with project and LCM teams for application upgrades and enhancements
- Analyze current systems and identify process gaps and improvement areas
- Perform gap analysis and recommend suitable MES solutions
- Lead and coordinate with MES consultants to deliver optimal solutions
- Ensure proper documentation of functional and technical specifications
- Support integration and ensure smooth communication between systems

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
