Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled D365 FICO Consultant to join our team. The role involves implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management.
The consultant will work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, design compliant financial solutions, and configure financial structures such as chart of accounts, fiscal calendars, and financial dimensions. Responsibilities also include supporting data migration, financial integrations, and reconciliation activities, as well as assisting with testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live support.
Collaboration with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and other functional teams is crucial to ensure end-to-end process integration. The role also requires supporting audits, regulatory, and compliance requirements within D365 Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management).
- Gather requirements from finance stakeholders and design financial solutions.
- Configure financial structures (chart of accounts, fiscal calendars, financial dimensions).
- Support data migration, financial integrations, and reconciliation.
- Assist with testing, UAT, training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with SCM and other functional teams for integrated processes.
- Support audits, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance processes.
- Minimum 3+ years of D365 Finance implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controls.
- Hands-on experience with D365 Finance configuration and functional design.
- Experience translating business requirements into system solutions.
- Exposure to multi-legal entity, multi-currency environments is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance) are a plus.
Note: Candidates must be willing to travel to San Francisco, CA on an as-needed basis.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
