Role 1: SAP S/4HANA Program Manager (Brownfield Implementation)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a large-scale brownfield S/4HANA implementation. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, strong project governance, and close partnership with business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversions, global program execution, and structured project delivery in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementation programs, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Own overall program governance, including project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
  • Drive implementation strategy across functional, technical, data, integration, and change management workstreams.
  • Facilitate business workshops for requirements gathering, fitgap analysis, and process design.
  • Manage cross-functional SAP delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, data, and integration teams.
  • Oversee S/4HANA configuration and integration with SAP and nonSAP systems.
  • Lead data migration activities, including strategy definition, data cleansing, validation, and cutover execution.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate and Agile methodologies, as well as internal PMO standards.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and lead Steering Committee meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
  • Support user training, change management, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA programs, with mandatory brownfield implementation experience.
  • Proven experience leading global, multicountry SAP programs.
  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA brownfield activities, including: Readiness Check, Maintenance Planner, SUM / DMO, Custom code remediation, ATC checks, Security role redesign, CVI conversion.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional delivery teams and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong project management discipline with experience using SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, and/or Agile project management certification(s).

Role 2: SAP S/4HANA Service Management (CS) Consultant – Brownfield Conversion

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management (CS) Consultant to support a Brownfield conversion from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA. This role focuses on analyzing, validating, and optimizing SAP Customer Service / Service Management processes to ensure a smooth technical and functional transition. The consultant will work closely with crossfunctional teams to assess existing ECC service processes, identify S/4HANA simplifications, support fitgap analysis, validate integrations, and ensure end-to-end service processes function seamlessly postmigration. This is a fully remote role requiring availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • ECC to S/4HANA Conversion Support: Support Brownfield system conversion activities for SAP Customer Service / Service Management. Analyze existing ECC 6.0 service processes and assess S/4HANA impacts and simplifications. Ensure compatibility of service processes during and after conversion.
  • Service Management Functional Expertise: Configure, support, and validate: Service Orders, Service Notifications, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Installed Base / Equipment, Service Billing, Resource Planning, Repair Processing.
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of current ECC service management processes. Identify required changes, simplifications, and improvement opportunities in S/4HANA. Provide recommendations for process optimization or redesign. Lead or support FitGap workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Integration & CrossModule Coordination: Validate and support end-to-end service order flows across integrated SAP modules: Plant Maintenance (PM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), FI/CO, CRM / FSM (if applicable).
  • Data Migration & Validation: Validate master and transactional data, including: Equipment, Installed Base, Service Contracts, Service Notifications. Support data migration activities using SAP migration tools.
  • Testing & Validation: Lead or support: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing. Validate end-to-end service management scenarios postconversion.
  • Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain: Functional Specifications (FS / FDD), Configuration documentation, Validation and testing documentation. Maintain Solution Manager and ChaRM documentation as required. Support cutover planning and execution activities.

Required Qualifications

  • SAP Functional Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management. Proven expertise in: Service Orders and Notifications, Installed Base / Equipment, Service Contracts, Repair Processing, Warranty Management.
  • S/4HANA Knowledge: Experience with S/4HANA Brownfield (system conversion) projects. Understanding of S/4HANA simplification items. Familiarity with: SAP Readiness Check 2.0, Maintenance Planner.
  • Experience Requirements: 6-10 years overall SAP functional experience. At least one SAP CS implementation. Demonstrated experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA conversions. Hands-on experience with integration across PM, SD, and MM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fiori app configuration and usage.
  • SAP Activate methodology exposure.
  • Solution Manager / ChaRM experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP Service Management in S/4HANA (new service management).

Role 3: SAP S/4HANA Service Management Architect – Brownfield Conversion

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Architect to lead the Service Management workstream for a large-scale S/4HANA brownfield transformation within the manufacturing domain. This role will serve as the end-to-end functional and solution architect, driving the design, migration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service while guiding global stakeholders through a complex digital transformation. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise across the full service lifecycle, strong SAP CS to S/4HANA Service migration experience, and a proven ability to lead global change initiatives in matrixed environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Service Management track for an end-to-end S/4HANA brownfield implementation program.
  • Architect and design the S/4HANA Service Management solution, ensuring alignment with business processes and manufacturing industry best practices.
  • Drive migration from SAP CS to S/4HANA Service, including process redesign, functional configuration, and testing.
  • Own end-to-end service lifecycle processes, including: Contract and entitlement management, Service order planning and execution, Field service operations, Service billing and integration.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other S/4HANA modules.
  • Provide hands-on support across solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Support global rollout activities, including change management and user adoption across multiple geographies.
  • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to program leadership, identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and driving decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with 8+ years in Service Management roles.
  • Extensive experience leading S/4HANA implementation projects, specifically in brownfield environments.
  • Proven expertise across the entire service management lifecycle within SAP.
  • Strong hands-on experience with: SAP S/4HANA Service Management, SAP CS and CS to S/4HANA Service migration.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering service solutions in manufacturing industry environments.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional integration between S/4HANA Service and other SAP modules.
  • Experience working on global transformation programs with geographically distributed users.
  • Ability to deliver effective training and enablement for end users.
