About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial for designing, enhancing, and maintaining Anaplan solutions that support enterprise planning across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anaplan model building and a deep understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and enhance Anaplan models based on specific business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support for model maintenance, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient planning solutions.
  • Ensure Anaplan models are user-friendly, efficient, and fully aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate actively in enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
  • Support and drive enterprise-wide planning transformations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building.
  • Strong understanding of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
  • Proven experience working with planning tools such as Anaplan and Hyperion.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting across key business functions including Sales & Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Balance Sheet & Cash Flow.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to other EPM tools like SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Experience with enterprise planning transformations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
