About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to lead multiple cross-functional teams through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements. This role is essential for ensuring seamless delivery of scalable solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing dependencies, tracking Agile metrics, and partnering with technical teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and QA engineers through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage complex dependencies across cross-functional teams to align with project objectives and the organizational roadmap.
- Partner with architects and developers to identify technical bottlenecks and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure seamless delivery of scalable solutions and reduce post-deployment incidents.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation and QA alignment.
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and sprint health to improve delivery predictability and transparency.
- Create and maintain JIRA dashboards and KPI reports to enhance leadership visibility and decision-making efficiency.
- Demonstrate the ability to work and deliver effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and best practices.
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and execution.
- Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Experience in leading distributed or remote teams is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
