Job Title: Business Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and business models.
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct impact analysis and support change management.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, financial, or government projects.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to process automation and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).
- Scrum Master or testing experience.
