Job Title: Program Manager – Oracle ERP Financial Cloud & Banking

We are looking for a senior-level Business Analyst / Technical Program Manager with specialized expertise in Oracle ERP Financials Cloud for a hybrid/remote contract role based out of Stamford, CT. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between complex banking operations and technical ERP execution. The ideal candidate must have Banking Industry experience and a blend of Technical Program Management (TPM) and Business Analysis skills.

About the Role:

This role is critical for bridging the gap between complex banking operations and technical ERP execution. You will be responsible for leading the requirements lifecycle, managing high-level stakeholders, and ensuring that Oracle Cloud solutions are aligned with the unique regulatory and operational needs of the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Requirements Gathering sessions with business owners and technical teams to define the scope of Oracle ERP Finance Cloud initiatives.
  • Act as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing project timelines, resource alignment, and delivery milestones.
  • Translate complex banking business processes into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
  • Manage relationships with diverse Stakeholders, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis to identify misalignments between current banking workflows and standard Oracle Cloud functionality.
  • Coordinate with offshore and onshore development teams to ensure technical solutions meet functional business needs.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases and validating financial data accuracy within the cloud environment.
  • Ensure all ERP solutions comply with banking industry security standards and financial regulations.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials Cloud modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
  • Mandatory Banking Industry experience, with a solid understanding of financial products and regulatory reporting.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and technical leads.
  • Expert proficiency in the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

Desirable Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud Financials certifications.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or reporting tools like OTBI/BI Publisher from a functional perspective.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
  • Background in financial transformation or cloud migration projects within the FinTech space.
