About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ReactJS Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves defining frontend architecture, enforcing best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. You will be responsible for building seamless API integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring security and accessibility compliance.

Core Technologies:

  • React.js
  • Redux
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • Responsive UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap)

Architecture & Leadership:

  • Define frontend architecture and enforce best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Integration:

  • Build seamless API integrations.
  • Optimize application performance.
  • Ensure security and accessibility compliance.

Testing & DevOps:

  • Hands-on experience with Jest and Cypress.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in Git version control.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in frontend development.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Micro frontend architecture.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Agile/Scrum experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $55 per hour
