About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is an onsite position where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM Architecture & Operations, AI Agents, and advanced platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Implement and manage ITSM Architecture & Operations, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management.
  • Develop and integrate AI Agents on ServiceNow (custom-built, beyond Now Assist), leveraging capabilities like Agent Workflows, Autonomous Decisioning, and Contextual Reasoning.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow components including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
  • Manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure data security and access control.
  • Optimize platform performance and ensure efficient data management through the ServiceNow Data Model and CMDB.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs and MID Server.
  • Implement event-driven architecture and maintain ServiceNow Platform Governance.
  • Manage ServiceNow upgrade and release cycles, adhering to ServiceNow Best Practices.
  • Work with Now Assist for ITSM, including Incident Summarization, Case Deflection, and Intelligent Routing.
  • Integrate Virtual Agent with AI Agents.
