Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Risk Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and supplier-facing roles, with a keen interest in global commodity markets and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain risk management strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments of suppliers and critical materials.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and drive follow-through on risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor global commodity markets and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supply chain resilience.
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain risks and mitigation efforts.
- Facilitate meetings and drive action items to completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or commodity management.
- Proven experience in a supplier-facing or externally-engaging role.
- Comfortable running meetings and driving follow-through independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, international relations, economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with critical minerals, raw materials, or global commodity markets is a plus.
- Experience in Critical Minerals and Materials (CMM) Risk Management Program is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. The contract duration is approximately 6 months.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $40 – $60 per hour
