Position Summary: Microsoft CRM Technical Lead
Sydata Inc is looking for a seasoned Microsoft CRM Technical Lead with extensive Azure experience to join our team for a high-impact, 6-month remote project based out of Seattle, WA. This role requires a veteran IT professional with over 15 years of experience who can provide strategic technical leadership and hands-on expertise in architecting and implementing complex CRM solutions. You will be the primary technical point of contact for our client, driving the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Azure cloud services and .NET frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the lead architect and technical authority for Microsoft CRM initiatives. You will guide the development team through complex technical challenges, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Azure Integration: Design and implement robust integration patterns between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure services. This includes leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure SQL to enhance CRM capabilities and facilitate seamless data exchange across the enterprise.
- Full-Stack Development: Utilize your deep expertise in .NET and C# to develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and web resources. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from initial design and coding to deployment and maintenance.
- Solution Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. You will be responsible for designing the overall system architecture, ensuring that the CRM platform is optimized for performance and user experience.
- Mentorship and Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. You will establish and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure the highest level of software quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. You will provide regular updates on technical progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Remote Collaboration: Effectively lead and collaborate with a distributed team in a remote environment, utilizing modern communication and project management tools to maintain high productivity and team cohesion.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in the Information Technology sector.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) and the Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency in Azure cloud architecture and .NET development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale CRM implementations in a technical lead capacity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about long-term technical goals.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $235,000 per year (Estimated)
